Metal is the armature of our constructed world; bridge, boundary, vehicle, and tool; it is endlessly significant.

Together we will explore its materiality and associations, peering beyond its weight, finding edges of softness, vulnerability and queerness.

The exhibition takes its name from the inimitable Lynda Benglis – the daddy of feminist metal work (in the humble opinion of the curator)

Put it in your calendar and we’ll see you there.
