This exhibition explores the entanglement of the body and the home. Both fundamental, both ubiquitous, both vessels for being. Through varied materials and sensory encounters, the works consider the body as a site of memory, trauma, joy, and transformation. This is the place we return to, and reside within.
Join us to explore the textures and materials of our physical homes and the imprints they leave, shaping how we move and feel. Familiar emotional landscapes and domestic surfaces evoking states of comfort, tension, or safety.
The exhibition invites reflection on what it means to inhabit flesh, skin and space. We examine the connection between the internal and external, the private and the shared. Both body and home are sites of tenderness and survival, shaped by time and experience, central to our sense of being in the world.
